  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. fruit cocktail (with juice)
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten (add last)

Directions

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. When done, punch holes in cake with a fork and pour icing over hot cake.
