- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 medium (17 oz. or 2 c. size) can fruit cocktail
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
Directions

1Mix together with a spoon the first 4 ingredients.

2Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda and salt.

3Blend two mixtures together well.

4Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

5Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
