- 2 eggs or Egg Beaters
- 1 (20 oz.) can fruit cocktail
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly.

2Add fruit cocktail with juice.

3Sift together flour, sugar and baking soda.

4Add to fruit mixture. Blend and pour into 10 x 10-inch greased pan.

5Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts.

6Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
