  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 medium can fruit cocktail
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. nuts (pecans)
  • 1 c. coconut

Directions

    Mix and sift dry ingredients.

    Pour in cocktail with juice. Add beaten eggs.

    Mix and pour in 9 x 13 pan.

    Sprinkle with brown sugar, nuts (pecans) and coconut.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
