  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 (No. 3) can fruit cocktail
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 2 c. flour

Directions

    Beat sugar, eggs and oil.

    Add flour, salt, soda and fruit cocktail with juice.

    Pour batter into greased and floured pan. Spread 1/2 cup coconut on top.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Add the following frosting.
