  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. fruit cocktail (do not drain)
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Place all ingredients, except brown sugar, in mixing bowl. Beat 2 minutes by hand.

    Pour into greased pan.

    Sprinkle the brown sugar on top.

    Bake for 30 minutes, or until done, at 350°.
