  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 can fruit cocktail

    Mix all ingredients by hand and pour into greased 8 or 9-inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup nuts on top. Bake at 350° (glass dish, 325°) for 30 minutes.
