Fruit Cocktail Delight

   In a large bowl, combine fruit cocktail and dry pudding mix.

   Stir for 2 minutes and then let it sit for 2 minutes or until it is almost set.

   Chill in refrigerator.

   Fold in marshmallows just before serving.

   Top with nuts (if desired).
