  • 2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Cook the first 4 ingredients until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat.
