Fruit Cocktail Pudding

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 lb. can drained fruit cocktail
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    In mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.

    Fold in fruit cocktail.

    Turn into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    In small bowl, mix brown sugar, walnuts and cinnamon.

    Sprinkle over batter.

    Dot with margarine. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
