  • 1 envelope Knox gelatine
  • 2 small or 1 large can mandarin oranges
  • 1 (No. 2) can pineapple tidbits
  • 1 pkg. vanilla tapioca pudding
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 Tbsp. orange Jell-O (add to tapioca pudding)

Directions

    Dissolve gelatine in 1/2 cup cold water.

    Drain fruit and save liquid.
  3. 3
    Take liquid, and water to equal 3 cups.
  4. 4
    Cook pudding in this liquid until it boils and is thick.
  5. 5
    Add gelatine to hot mixture and stir well.
  6. 6
    Add fruit, put in serving dishes and refrigerate.
