Ingredients
- 2 (12 oz.) pkg. prunes
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle ginger ale
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. apricots
- 1 c. golden raisins
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 3 (1/2-inch) cinnamon sticks
- 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
- 16 oz. pear halves
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
Directions

1Heat together prunes, ginger ale, dried apricots, raisins, orange juice, ginger and cinnamon sticks.

2Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.

3Drain pineapple and pears. Slice pear halves into quarters.

4Gently mix fruit and syrup into fruit mixture, stirring with rubber spatula.

5Serve either warm or chilled.
