Ingredients

  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 (6 3/4 to 7 oz.) cans small shrimp
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin

    Heat soup (undiluted).

    Add cream cheese and heat until dissolved.

    Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water and add to warm mixture.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart mold.

    Chill overnight.

    Unmold and serve with crackers.
