Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit diced
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp boiling water

Directions

    Put all ingredients into a small pan and simmer on a medium heat until soft
  2. 2
    Ideal fruits to use are berries, apples, pears, peaches, rhubarb etc
  3. 3
    Use on icecream, natural yoghurt, sundaes, cheesecake etc
  4. 4
    Make sure it is left to cool for at least 10 mins.

    And no dipping fingers in to taste as it is extremely hot!
