- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp boiling water
Directions

1Put all ingredients into a small pan and simmer on a medium heat until soft

2Ideal fruits to use are berries, apples, pears, peaches, rhubarb etc

3Use on icecream, natural yoghurt, sundaes, cheesecake etc

4Make sure it is left to cool for at least 10 mins.

5And no dipping fingers in to taste as it is extremely hot!
