  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. sugar-free Jell-O gelatin (any flavor)
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. orange juice or water
  • ice cubes
  • 1 c. cold low-fat milk

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

    Combine orange juice or water and ice cubes to make 1 cup.

    Add to gelatin and stir until ice is completely melted.

    Add milk.

    Pour into individual dessert dishes.

    Chill.
