- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. sugar-free Jell-O gelatin (any flavor)
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. orange juice or water
- ice cubes
- 1 c. cold low-fat milk
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

2Combine orange juice or water and ice cubes to make 1 cup.

3Add to gelatin and stir until ice is completely melted.

4Add milk.

5Pour into individual dessert dishes.

6Chill.

7Soft set in 30 minutes.
