  • 3/4 c. oatmeal
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 c. fruit (berries, peaches, apples or a mixture of fruit)
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. brown or white sugar
  • 1 stick margarine or butter

Directions

    Butter baking dish.

    Add fruit.

    Mix oatmeal, flour, salt, sugar, cinnamon and margarine until like crumbs.

    Place on top of fruit.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
