Ingredients

  • 3 c. water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 48 oz. can pineapple juice
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 7-Up or ginger ale

Directions

    Bring water and sugar to a boil and cool.

    Add orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice and bananas.

    Can be put in ice cube trays for use in individual glasses or freeze in molds for punch bowl.
