  • 6 c. fresh or canned apples, peaches or plums
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. vanilla nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg whites

Directions

    Combine fruit choice, sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg in medium bowl; mix well.

    Pour into deep dish pie pan.

    Mix remaining ingredients; pour over mixture.

    Bake at 350° until cream mixture is firm and fruit is soft, 20 to 30 minutes.
