  • 4 cups bran flake cereal with dates, raisins and walnuts
  • 24 fl oz fat-free milk
  • 2 small bananas
  • 1/3 cup Sugar Free, favorite flavor

Directions

    Serve each person 1 cup cereal topped with 6 fl oz (3/4 cup) milk.
