Fruit Filled Sweet Rolls

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon or vanilla flavoring
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 can fruit pie filling
  • 10x sugar

Directions

    Cream butter and gradually add 1 1/2 cups sugar; mix well. Add eggs one at a time; beat well.

    Add flavoring and flour; mix well.

    Spread batter on well greased cookie sheet.

    Mark off two inch squares.

    Place one tablespoon of pie filling in each square. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.

    While warm, sprinkle with 10x sugar.
