- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. dry mincemeat, crumbled
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Add sugar gradually to eggs, beating well.

2Stir in sifted dry ingredients, mincemeat and nuts.

3Pour into a pan about 9 x 14-inches, greased and lined with waxed paper.

4Bake in a slow oven, 300°, for 30 minutes.

5Cut while warm into narrow strips and roll in powdered sugar.

6Yields 36 bars.
