Ingredients

  • 2 c. strawberry or raspberry pulp
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 qt. water
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Boil sugar and water for about 10 minutes.

    Allow to cool, then add the fruit pulp and lemon juice.

    Blend well and freeze in ice cream cooler.
