  • 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Combine prunes and orange peel; set aside.

    Cream dry milk with margarine.

    Add egg and orange juice; mix well.

    In another bowl, combine flour and baking powder.

    Put in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
