Fruit Loaf with Philly

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1/2 cup pitted dates, chopped
- 1/3 cup caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons reduced salt, low fat canola spread
- 1 teaspoon mixed spice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 3/4 cups SR wholemeal flour
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 1/2 cup reduced fat milk
- 1 tablespoon glace ginger, chopped
- 125g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
Directions

1Combine raisins, apricots, dates, sugar, canola spread and spices in a large bowl.

2Pour boiling water over, and allow to sit for 5 minutes.

3Sift the flour and bi-carb into the fruit mixture, and add the milk and ginger.

4Mix well.

5Spoon into a lined 18 x 8 cm loaf tin and bake at 180 degrees C fan-forced for 55-60 minutes.

6Remove from tin and cool on a wire cooling rack.

7Spread Philly* over slices of loaf and enjoy!
