- 12 oz. flat wide egg noodles
- 8 c. lightly salted boiling water
- 1/4 lb. salted margarine
- 2 apples, peeled, cored and diced
- 3/4 c. plumped raisins
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 capfuls vanilla
- cinnamon sugar
Directions

1To plump raisins, soak them in juice for 1 hour or overnight. Preheat oven to 375°.

2Cook noodles in the boiling water 5 to 10 minutes until tender.

3Place noodles, margarine, apples and raisins in a large bowl.

4Add eggs and vanilla.

5Mix well.

6Spoon mixture into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

7Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake for 45 minutes until top is brown and crisp.

8Cut into squares.

9Serve hot or cold.
