- 2 (9-inch) pie crusts (unbaked)
- 1 can fruit
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Put 1 crust in pie tin.

2In saucepan, combine juice from fruit with water to equal 1 cup.

3Pour into pan.

4Mix sugar and starch. Cook on low heat until thick.

5Add fruit, then pour into pie crust.

6Place crust number 2 on top.

7With knife, cut holes in top crust to vent.

8Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a 375° oven.
