Ingredients

  • 2 graham crusts
  • 1 (16 oz.) can red cherries in water
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 5 bananas
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 or 3 drops red food coloring (optional)

Directions

    Mix cherries and juice, pineapple, sugar, flour and red food coloring in saucepan.

    Cook on medium heat until thick. Remove from stove; stir in Jell-O.

    Let cool to room temperature.

    Put in sliced bananas and nuts; mix well.

    Empty into 2 crusts.

    Store in refrigerator.
