  • 1 (20 oz.) tube Pillsbury sugar cookie mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • fruit (bananas, Mandarin oranges, kiwi and pineapple tidbits)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Grease a pizza pan and spread cookie mix on it.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Let cool.

    Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; spread on cookie mix.

    Dip bananas in lemon juice to keep them from turning black.

    Arrange fruit on top of cream cheese mixture, in a circle, one fruit at a time, working towards the center.
