Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb. 2 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1/3 c. sugar or 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • assorted fruits of choice
  • 1/4 c. orange marmalade, peach, strawberry or apricot preserves
  • 1 Cool Whip

Directions

    Cut cookie dough in 1/8-inch slices.

    Line a 14-inch pizza pan with slices overlapping slightly.

    Bake at 375° for 12 minutes. Cool.

    Blend softened cream cheese, Cool Whip, sugar and vanilla. Spread over cookie crust.

    Arrange fruit over cream cheese.

    Use any combination of fresh or drained, canned fruit.

    Glaze with marmalade or preserves mixed with water.

    Chill.
