Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • assorted fruits (strawberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, etc.)

Directions

    Make a crust of confectioners sugar, margarine and flour. Spread on a pizza pan.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes and cool. Blend the cream cheese, vanilla, milk and lemon juice and spread over the crust.

    Refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Arrange cut fruit in design over the top.

    Chill thoroughly.

    Cut in wedge-shaped pieces.
