- 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- assorted fruits (strawberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, etc.)
Directions

1Make a crust of confectioners sugar, margarine and flour. Spread on a pizza pan.

2Bake at 350° for 20 minutes and cool. Blend the cream cheese, vanilla, milk and lemon juice and spread over the crust.

3Refrigerate for 1 hour.

4Arrange cut fruit in design over the top.

5Chill thoroughly.

6Cut in wedge-shaped pieces.
