- 1 (18 or 20 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookies
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- marmalade or jam (1/4 c. to 1 Tbsp. water)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Slice cookie dough as directed on package. Arrange slices in bottom of 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.

3Using floured fingers, press dough evenly into pan.

4Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

5Cool completely.

6In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.

7Spread mixture over cooled cookie crust.

8Arrange fruit over cream cheese. Then combine marmalade or jam with water; blend well, then spoon over fruit (fresh or canned drained and quartered pineapple slices, sliced strawberries, sliced bananas, 1/4 cup strawberry jam and 1 tablespoon water) or you can use any fruit combination you like.
