  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookies
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. peach or apricot preserves
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • assorted fruit of choice

Directions

    Freeze cookie dough 1 hour.

    Slice into 1/8-inch slices.

    Line foil-lined 14-inch pizza pan with slices overlapping edges slightly.

    Bake at 375° for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.

    Invert onto serving plate and carefully remove foil. Turn right side up.
