- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 1/4 c. lightly packed brown sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. oatmeal
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts
- assorted fresh fruits (kiwi, oranges, bananas, berries, grapes, peaches)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2In bowl, combine milk, sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla.

3Mix well and chill.

4In a large bowl, beat margarine and sugar until fluffy.

5Mix in flour, oats and nuts until well blended.

6On lightly oiled 12-inch pizza pan, press out dough, prick with fork and bake 10 to 12 minutes.

7Cool completely, spoon filling over crust, then arrange fruit on top. Serve in pie-like slices.

8Makes 12 to 16 servings.
