Fruit Pizza

Directions

   Preheat oven 350 degrees F.

   In a large bowl, mix ingredients for crust: butter, egg, 3/4 cup sugar, flour, cream of tarter, salt, and baking powder until blended.

   Press dough into pizza pan.

   Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.

   In a small bowl, beat 1/2 cup sugar, cream cheese, 2 tablespoons pineapple juice until smooth.

   Spread on cooled crust.

   For glaze, in a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch.

   Stir in juice until smooth.

   Bring to boil; cook and stir until thickened.

    Cool.

    Stir into fruit.

    You may use any fruit that you like.

    Pour fruit mixture on pizza.
