- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 large Cool Whip
- 2 pt. strawberries
- 1 can pineapple rings, cut into wedges
- 1 large bunch seedless grapes
- 2 large bananas, peeled and sliced
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour two 12-inch pizza pans. Combine 1/2 cake mix (dry), water, eggs, butter and brown sugar in a mixing bowl; mix thoroughly.

3Blend in remaining cake mix.

4Fold in nuts.

5Divide batter evenly between the prepared pans.

6Bake for 12 minutes.

7After pizzas have cooled, spread Cool Whip and cream cheese mixture on both.

8Arrange fruits in circular pattern over topping.

9Start with the strawberries on outer edge, then pineapple wedges, grapes, banana slices and end with a reserved whole strawberry in the center.

10Brush with the Apricot Glaze and refrigerate until serving.
