  • 3 qt. unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 3 lb. sugar
  • 6 c. boiling water
  • 2 pt. grapefruit juice
  • 10 lemons
  • 10 to 12 oranges
  • 14 qt. cold water
  • 2 qt. cold tea
  • 4 bottles sparkling water
  • 2 qt. cold brewed tea

Directions

    Make a syrup from the pineapple juice, sugar and boiling water.

    Add the syrup, grapefruit juice, cold water, cold tea and sparkling water.

    In a large punch bowl, put the mixture together and float the lemons and oranges in it.

    Serves 40 to 50 people.
