- 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
- juice of 5 fresh oranges
- juice of 2 fresh lemons
- 5 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 c. water
- 3 qt. ginger ale
Directions

1Boil sugar and water 3 minutes; let cool.

2Add fruit juices and bananas (these can be blended together).

3Mix well.

4Put in a large container, cover and freeze.

5Remove from freezer 2 1/2 to 3 hours before use.

6Thaw to a mushy texture.

7Add ginger ale and serve.

8Serves 30 with seconds.
