Ingredients

  • 1 large can pineapple tidbits
  • 1 large can Mandarin oranges
  • 2 small boxes vanilla pudding (cook and serve)
  • 1 can peach slices
  • 1/2 c. cherries
  • 1/2 c. white grapes
  • 3 sliced bananas
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 2 kiwi (optional)

Directions

    Drain juice of pineapple and add water to make 1 1/2 cups. Drain juice of oranges to make 1/2 cup.

    Add juices to vanilla pudding mix and cook to make glaze.

    Add to oranges and pineapple. Refrigerate overnight.

    Before serving, add remaining fruit.

    Top with slices of kiwi fruit (optional).
