- 1 can chunk pineapple, drain and save juice
- 2 large bananas, sliced
- 1 c. white or red grapes, cut in half
- 1 c. peeled and chopped apples
- 1/3 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drain and save juice
- 1 c. mini marshmallows
- 1/2 c. walnuts
- 1/2 c. shredded coconut

2bananas. Slice the bananas when it's serving time or mix them in Fruit-Fresh.

3They have a tendency to turn dark.

4Mix the pineapple juice and mandarin orange juice in a small saucepan. Mix 2 or 3 tablespoons cornstarch in as small amount of water as possible. Add 2 tablespoons sugar or substitute.

5Bring to a boil. Cool and pour over fruits.
