- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 2 medium apples
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. orange peel, grated
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 2 bananas, sliced
Directions

1Stir sugar and cornstarch together in saucepan. Blend in pineapple.

2Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.

3Boil and stir 1 minute.

4While hot, pour over fruit. Refrigerate, uncovered, until mixture cools.
