  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. orange juice
  • 2 medium apples
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. orange peel, grated
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 2 bananas, sliced

Directions

    Stir sugar and cornstarch together in saucepan. Blend in pineapple.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.

    Boil and stir 1 minute.

    While hot, pour over fruit. Refrigerate, uncovered, until mixture cools.
