- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. hot water
- 7 oz. 7-Up soda
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. crushed pineapple
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- green food coloring
Directions

1Mix Jell-O with water.

2Add 7-Up.

3Soften cream cheese.

4Beat in pineapple, vanilla and sugar.

5Mix Jell-O with cheese mixture and nuts.

6Add desired amount of food coloring to give light green color.

7Pour in 8 oiled Jell-O molds or in an 8 x 8-inch pan.
