- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Bring the water to a boil.

2Add butter.

3Let butter melt completely, then stir in flour and soda.

4Stir until it leaves the side of the pan; beat until smooth.

5Cool slightly; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.

6Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet.

7Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes.

8Don't open oven during the first 20 minutes.

9Remove puffs; cut near the bottom to let out steam.

10Fill with Cream Filling.
