  • 1 lb. can pineapple chunks
  • 1 lb. can apricot halves
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding

Directions

    Drain and save juice from pineapple.

    Drain and save juice from apricots.

    Add enough apricot juice to pineapple juice to make 1 cup.

    Add lemon juice to other juices.

    Mix this juice with pudding mix.

    Mix apricots and pineapple into pudding mixture. Let set overnight in refrigerator.

    Just before serving, add sliced bananas and nuts; mix well.
