- 1 lb. can pineapple chunks
- 1 lb. can apricot halves
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 bananas
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
Directions

1Drain and save juice from pineapple.

2Drain and save juice from apricots.

3Add enough apricot juice to pineapple juice to make 1 cup.

4Add lemon juice to other juices.

5Mix this juice with pudding mix.

6Mix apricots and pineapple into pudding mixture. Let set overnight in refrigerator.

7Just before serving, add sliced bananas and nuts; mix well.
