Ingredients

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb. large marshmallows, cut up or 1 lb. miniature marshmallows
  • 3 cans (15 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple (2 if you don't like pineapple well)
  • 1 pt. whipping cream

Directions

    Boil first 7 ingredients in double boiler until thick.

    Stir continuously.

    When thick, add marshmallows.

    Mix well and cool. Add pineapple, well drained.

    Whip the whipping cream and fold with other ingredients.

    Pour in 9 x 12-inch dish.

    Put in refrigerator. Works well made night before.
