Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. red pepper, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • 2 c. chopped ham
  • 1 c. ham gravy or any cream soup
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 8 oz. spaghetti, broken
  • 8 asparagus spears, cooked

Directions

    Cook onion and peppers until tender in 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add mushrooms, ham, gravy, wine and black pepper and heat.

    Cook broken spaghetti in salted boiling water until just tender.

    Cook asparagus spears until just tender.
