- 1/2 c. red pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. green pepper
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 2 c. chopped ham
- 1 c. ham gravy or any cream soup
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 8 oz. spaghetti, broken
- 8 asparagus spears, cooked
Directions

1Cook onion and peppers until tender in 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add mushrooms, ham, gravy, wine and black pepper and heat.

2Cook broken spaghetti in salted boiling water until just tender.

3Cook asparagus spears until just tender.
