- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup pitted black olives
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 3 anchovy fillets
- 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 (3 ounce) cans tuna in olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- black pepper
Directions

1In food processor, chop garlic, Add olives, basil, anchovies and capers and process until pureed.

2Scrape down sides of bowl.

3With motor running, drizzle olive oil and process until incorporated.

4Transfer to a serving bowl.
