- 12 oz. frozen fruit juice concentrate
- 1 1/2 c. plain, nonfat yogurt
- 1 regular container nonfat fruit yogurt
- 2 eggs, separated
Directions

1In food processor or blender, blend juice, egg yolks and yogurt.

2Pour into container and freeze until center is mushy (almost frozen).

3Beat egg whites until stiff.

4Blend with yogurt/juice mixture.

5Cover and freeze.
