- 2 c. shredded cabbage
- 2/3 c. chopped apple
- 1/2 c. shredded carrot
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger or 1/4 tsp. grated ginger root
Directions
