  • 1 (6 oz.) can orange juice concentrate
  • 1 large ripe banana, sliced or 1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries or 1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen or drained canned peaches
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 5 ice cubes

Directions

    Combine juice concentrate, fruit, milk, water and honey in a blender. Blend at high speed until thick and smooth, about 1 minute. Add ice cubes, one at a time, and blend until smooth and frothy. Garnish with a whole strawberry if you wish. Yield: 5 servings.
