Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, plus sliced strawberries, for garnish
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup skim milk or 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 6 -8 ice cubes

Directions

    Add the strawberries, pineapple, milk, baby spinach, yogurt, bananas, avocado and ice to a blender and blend until smooth, thick and creamy.

    Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with sliced strawberries.
