- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup skim milk or 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup Baby Spinach
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 avocado
- 6 -8 ice cubes
Directions

1Add the strawberries, pineapple, milk, baby spinach, yogurt, bananas, avocado and ice to a blender and blend until smooth, thick and creamy.

2Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with sliced strawberries.
